Hello World

Isn't this the arbiraty way all blogs start ahahaha. well...well..well...I'm about to be hit by my Saturn Return and DAMMIT I NEED TO GET MY LIFE TOGETHER. More specifically, my finances.

I have been fortunate enough to meet the love of my life, my best friend, my (future) husband, and father of my (future) children. However, being with him I have become accustomed to a certain lifestyle. A lifestyle that financially we wouldn't be able to maintain if we were to have a family. I'm relatively young, 26, and I have no clue how I can provide this life for us. Yes, he has a successful career that allows him to do whatever he wasn't where ever he wants, but if we plan on moving back to his home country, doing what he does now, would not be the best option. 1. Because he's not into it anymore. 2. He'd have to work like a dog for not as much. 3. That is not the kind of "life" he wants to have if we are going to have children (especially, if we have as many as I want...4).

That sounds like it's all about him, but, honestly, I always saw myself as the breadwinner with my modern family. I have a dream and, now that I'm eliminating my limiting beliefs, that I will be/am a serial entrepreneur. I have so many ideas that I want to bring to fruition, but I haven't had the gall to BRING them to fruition. I feel that real estate is giving me that. Not only because I love it, but it seems to come to me very easily. I still have a lot of ideas outside of real estate, but that is where my heart is. Not only that, I feel like it is a pretty solid investment because at the end of the day you still own the house, even if the market goes down, you still have something (unlike stocks or whatever). So, that will be my bottom chick as they say. My entrepreneurial endeavors will be my main...chick??I don't know how it works, but most of my energy will be devoted to my them, since real estate is kind of passive (some might say it's not, but I plan on disproving that).

So what is this blog for? It's to detail my experience in reaching FIRE, Financial Independence Retire Early. My goal is 28, with a margin of 29, my 29th birthday more specifically. That sounds crazy, but I think I can do it, especially if my two immediate businesses get to a steady place and then I can focus on a TRUE ENTREPRENEURIAL ENDEAVOR or really a few they all work together to some extent or another. WHEN this works out I know I will be good, but at the same time I will more than likely sell my businesses or appoint someone to take it over once it gets to a good place. But then what do I do with that money? INVEST IN REAL ESTATE and become a VC. Yup that's the goal. I have no clue how this is going to happen, but I know it's possible and that's what I want and I'm going to get it!

Yeah I'm not like the other people. I know I'm industrious, tenacious, and I can throw caution to the wind when it comes to create the life for myself and my (future) family. I want us to have a great life!

I think the hardest part about this will be the fasting. Though, because I have these goals, and I will be busy and stay focused. Unlike the past few tries I've been caving, but luckily I DON'T BINGE! I only have one meal and get back together. Not only that the first 3 days are the hardest. I've gotten to 2.5, but I will after Thanksgiving. Don't worry, I'm fasting until Thanksgiving and doing OMAD, so I will have my menu, which is limited because I don't really like holiday food, but no worries that makes it all better...I don't really eat as much meat anymore, but I will be having both DEEP FRIED TURKEY and HAM on Thanksgiving, with MACARONI AND CHEESE, GREENS, MASHED POTATOES AND ROLLS ON ROLLS ON ROLLS with of course, CAKE AND PIE (Pecan or CHERRY-preferably cherry- I hate anything yam/orange starch/pumpkin) AND ICE CREAM! Mind you, my stomach has shrunken significantly, so I will make sure to make accomodations for it.
